The Judith B. Shulick Memorial Foundation was a dream of David T. Shulick, Esquire, to perpetuate the memory of his mother, Judith B. Shulick, who died tragically in an auto accident in 1991. Judith B. Shulick, born January 3, 1943, was a passionate advocate of education. The Judith B. Shulick Memorial Foundation is a 501(c)(3) public charity used to support successful programs supporting "at risk" youth, to keep "at risk" students in school, and achieving a high school diploma and moving forward to higher or vocational education.

The Judith B. Shulick Memorial Foundation will support programs in the Philadelphia Metropolitan Area, including but not limited to the Philadelphia School District, Delaware County, Montgomery County and Bucks County Local School Districts.
